UNI-ONE is an oscillating finishing machine characterized by very simple operation system.
The UNI-ONE L/R painting machine is equipped with a paint recovery system, which allows to reuse of the excess paint collected from the painting zone during the painting process.
The operating speed of the conveyor ensures efficient operation and a precise painting process. The tape used in the conveyor is made of a material resistant to solvents, which guarantees its durability in difficult painting conditions.
The painting machine has been specially adapted to work in the continuous mode, and the belt conveyor has been designed to cooperate with the paint recovery system, which enables effective use of the painting material.

The painting machine operates in a continuous mode, and the main conveyor is equipped with squeegees that effectively remove paint residues from the painting area.
Our painting machines are fully configurable with other UNISON painting equipment, such as dryers, and can create automatic painting lines.
Thanks to the use of a squeegee system, cleanliness in the painting area is ensured. The paint obtained by using the recovery system can be reused, which translates into savings in finihing material. This solution is ideal for using single-component varnishes.
Thanks to the structure enabling work in continuous mode, the finishing machine minimizes the need for third-party intervention in the painting process, enabling full automation of this stage. The result is a positive impact on the surface quality of painted details.

The oscillating machine is designed for continuous operation. The conveyor in the painting zone is covered with paper, thanks to which the left side of the painted details remains clean and the cleaning of the machine is very efficient. The machine allows painting elements with a maximum width of up to 1350 mm.
