Detail surface cleaning station
mini UNI-CLEAN

The UNI-CLEAN detail surface cleaning station is mounted on the loading conveyor, in front of the robot or painting machine. Its main purpose is to remove small impurities from the details before applying layers of varnish. Module variants can be adapted to the conditions around the painting device. This module is activated only when loading parts into the painting machine, which helps to save energy.

What makes the mini UNI-CLEAN surface cleaning station unique?

Thanks to the use of the detail cleaning option from the UNI-CLEAN series, it is possible to precisely prepare the surfaces of elements for the painting process, which results in a higher quality of finish.

Painting line solutions

The detail cleaning station is placed on the loading conveyor at the very beginning of the painting line. Thanks to the possibility of configuration, all painting devices work perfectly together.

Blow off

The mini UNI-CLEAN cleaning station is equipped with blowing heads that gently blow dirt from the surface of the elements.

Deionization

The use of deionizing strips ensures the reduction of electrostatic charges on the surface of the elements, which prevents electric discharges during finishing process.

    from small impurities settling on their surfaces before the application of varnish materials
  • Possibility to choose from several variants of the UNI-CLEAN module
    depending on the conditions surrounding the painting device and the quality requirements for surface preparation before painting
  • Cleaning module installed on the loading conveyor
  • The cleaning module is activated only when loading parts into the painting device to reduce the consumption of media supplying the cleaning module.
