UNI-SLIM is a compact painting machine characterized by very simple operation.
The varnish recovery machine is designed to operate in pass-through mode. The main conveyor is equipped with a belt mechanism characterized by a two-stage squeegee paint recovery system. The loading conveyor is covered with a smooth belt, while the output conveyor can be belt or roller. These solutions ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the painting process, and also enable effective paint recovery while the machine is operating.

The finishing machine is equipped with a squeegee system that allows to collect the varnish remaining after the varnishing process and reuse it.
Thanks to the use of a squeegee system, cleanliness in the painting area is ensured. The paint obtained by using the recovery system can be reused, which translates into savings in finihing material. This solution is ideal for using single-component varnishes.
Thanks to the structure enabling work in continuous mode, the finishing machine minimizes the need for third-party intervention in the painting process, enabling full automation of this stage. The result is a positive impact on the surface quality of painted details.

The oscillating machine is designed for continuous operation. The conveyor in the painting zone is covered with paper, thanks to which the left side of the painted details remains clean and cleaning of the machine is very efficient. The machine allows painting elements with a maximum width of 800 mm.
