The UNI-CLEVER O/C coffin painting robot is equipped with a turntable that increases the efficiency of the process. Additional equipment of the robot – positioner ensures precise positioning and positioning of the coffin on the conveyor in order to obtain uniform painting effects on the entire surface of the coffin, and the use of a hydraulic scissor lift allows painting the full height of the coffin during one loading.

Equipping the painting device with a turntable allows for unloading the painted coffin and loading a new one without having to interrupt the work of the painting robot in the painting zone.
Thanks to the use of a lift, the coffin can be covered with varnish along its entire height, which shortens the duration of the painting process and positively affects the efficiency of the painted coffin.

The painting robot is designed for continuous operation with the longitudinal direction of loading coffins. It is equipped with chain conveyors and a scissor lift, which allows coffins to be painted at their full height. The painting device also has a coffin positioning system.

The coffin painting line consists of a painting robot, a dryer, conveyors, and additional elements (e.g. a grinder).
