Thanks to the automatic gun cleaning function, UNISON systems eliminate the delays associated with the need to manually intervene in the washing of paint guns in our painting robots, which in turn shortens the time needed to change paint colors. This aspect is crucial in the production process, affecting not only efficiency, but also achieving a variety of paint colors and patterns in a shorter time.

Easy and quick cleaning

The painting guns are dirt-free and ready for new finishing operations thanks to a retractable cleaning brush soaked in cleaning liquid.

Painting guns cleaning

  • The automatic cleaning system is located inside the painting robot, near the painting head
  • The guns are cleaned by selecting the appropriate program on the operation panel
  • The cleaning brush slides out of the housing and, thanks to special programming, moves, cleaning each gun on the painting head 
  • Using the cleaning system, you can not only wash the painting guns, but also check the properly working of the  spraying guns by passing the paint material through the painting system
  • After the cleaning operation is completed, the brush automatically retracts into the housing, and the painting head returns to its starting position, allowing the robot or painting machine to start or continue its operation
