Chain conveyors

Chain conveyors are used to move elements to be painted. Intermediate support elements can be mounted on the conveyors, on which the details intended for the painting process are mounted. In this way, the elements are protected against possible movement during the painting process inside the robot or finishing machine.


Chain conveyors are also used to transport coffins between individual painting devices, e.g. in a painting line.

The chain conveyor drive, based on modern motor solutions with inverters, allows for smooth regulation of the transport speed.

Chain conveyors are an ideal solution for transporting coffins or intermediate support elements with details placed on them. The conveyors are fully configurable with other UNISON finishing equipment, such as painting robots, oscillating machines and dryers.

  • The transport system for intermediate support elements with details in the robot is based on chain conveyors in order to use the self-cleaning properties of the chain during its operation and the possibility of placing details of significant weight and/or dimensions
  • Chain conveyors are responsible for moving the coffins both in the painting zone and between individual devices
  • Chain conveyors are characterized by high durability and reliability during long-term operation
  • Placing the coffins on a chain conveyor ensures the stability of the coffins during transport to the painting robot and dryer

  • The conveyor can be mounted in front of the painting device and acts as a loading conveyor
  • The conveyor may be located in the painting area
  • It is possible to place a belt conveyor between the robot or varnishing machine and the dryer

Additional options

  • It is possible to manually start the feed using a foot switch, which allows the operator to have full control over the process of receiving and unloading painted details
