The UNI-CLEVER T/C finishing machine for coffins has been designed for continuous operation. Its construction is characterized by the transverse direction of loading of coffins. Its structure includes main, loading and unloading conveyors, supported by chain mechanisms dedicated to the transport of coffins. The key element is a hydraulic scissor lift, which allows coffins to be varnished over their entire height.
Additionally, the robot can be equipped with a coffin positioning system placed on the loading conveyor, designed to ensure even application of the varnish material on all surfaces of the coffin.

The UNI-CLEVER L/C painting robot is characterized by a transverse loading direction for coffins and a hydraulic scissor lift.
By connecting individual painting devices, it is possible to create a painting line and fully automate the entire painting process.
The positioning function used in the painting device is to precisely place the coffins in the appropriate position, which ensures even coverage of the surface with the painting material.
Thanks to the use of a hydraulic lift in the painting robot, the coffin can be covered with varnish over its entire height, which effectively reduces painting time and streamlines the entire process.

The painting robot is equipped with a table with a turntable, which makes it possible to unload a painted coffin and load an unvarnished one, while simultaneously painting the coffin located in the painting zone.
The painting robot is designed for continuous operation with the longitudinal direction of loading coffins. It is equipped with chain conveyors and a scissor lift, which allows coffins to be painted at their full height. The painting device also has a coffin positioning system.
The coffin painting line consists of a painting robot, a dryer, conveyors, and additional elements (e.g. a grinder).
