The UNI-CLEVER O/D painting robot is a device for automatic painting of door leaves. Thanks to the use of a turntable, it is possible to shorten the time of loading and unloading parts, which makes the process more effective. Additionally, the use of an turnover allows the door leaf to rotate inside the painting robot, thus allowing for painting both sides of the detail during one loading.

The UNI-CLEVER O/D painting robot is distinguished by the use of a turntable and an turnover, which significantly speeds up the painting process.
Our painting robots are configurable with other UNISON painting equipment, such as dryers, and can create painting lines.
Equipping the painting device with a turntable allows to unload already painted elements and load new details without having to interrupt the work of the painting robot in the painting zone.
The turnover allows you to turn the door leaf 180 degrees and continue painting without the need for employee intervention in the painting process.

The painting robot is designed for continuous operation and the main conveyor is covered with paper with a vacuum holding function, thanks to which maximum cleanliness of the left side of the painted details is maintained.
