The UNI-CLEVER L/H painting robot is designed for continuous operation and equipped with transporters: main, loading, and unloading. The transporters are designed to mount intermediate support elements on their surface. Equipping the painting robot with intermediate support elements prevents any movement of details during the finishing processes. The finishing robot can automatically recognize the position of intermediate support elements on the loading conveyor to optimize the operation of the painting robot.
After appropriate retrofitting, the painting robot can be used in the following industries:
Painting robot conveyors are equipped with intermediate support elements on which painted details are placed and attached to prevent them from moving during painting process.
The UNI-CLEVER L/H finishing machine can be configured with other UNISON painting devices to create a painting line.
The use of intermediate support elements makes it possible to recognize the position of painted elements on the conveyor, which makes it easier to determine the selection of appropriate parameters, thus minimizing the consumption of painting materials.
Thanks to using the machine structure that enables work in a pass-through mode, the interference of third parties in the painting process is minimized, which positively affects the quality of the painted elements.

The oscillating automatic machine adapted for continuous operation is equipped with a varnish recovery system, thanks to which it is possible to recover excess varnish deposited on the conveyor belts during varnishing. The machine allows painting elements with a maximum width of up to 1350 mm.
