The UNI-CLEVER painting robot, model L/R, is an advanced automatic painting device designed for continuous operation. The device is equipped with a paint recovery system, which allows to reuse of the excess paint collected from the painting zone during the painting process. The painting robot is also equipped with a scanner that recognizes the location and dimensions of the vernished elements. The finishing machine is ideal for using single-component varnishes.

Our painting robots are fully configurable with other UNISON finishing equipment, such as dryers, and can create automatic painting lines.
Thanks to the continuous construction of the painting robot, the interference of third parties in the painting process is limited to a minimum, which has a positive effect on the quality of the painted elements.
The use of a paint recovery system allows you to keep the painting area clean. The varnish collected that way can be reused, thus saving paint material.

The painting robot is designed for continuous operation and the main conveyor is covered with paper with a vacuum holding function, thanks to which maximum cleanliness of the left side of the painted details is maintained.
Robot lakierniczy wyposażony jest w stoły z obrotnicą, co skraca czas załadunku i wyładunku detali. Stoły robocze pokryte są papierem, dzięki czemu możliwe jest zachowanie maksymalnej czystości dolnej strony malowanych detali.
