The UNI-CLEVER painting robot, model L/P, is an advanced automatic finishing machine designed for continuous operation. The main conveyor is covered with paper with a vacuum paper holding function, ensuring maximum cleanliness of the left side of the painted detail. The painting robot is also equipped with a scanner that recognizes the location, width and length of the painted elements, thanks to which the paint application is extremely precise, saving painting materials and minimizing the amount of over-spray.

The painting robot works in a continuous mode and the use of the paper in the painting zone, allows you to keep the interior of the painting booth clean.
Our finishing machines are configurable with other painting equipment, such as dryers, and can create painting lines.
Thanks to the continuous construction of the painting robot, the interference of third parties in the painting process is limited to a minimum, which has a positive effect on the quality of the painted elements.
The paper prevents contamination of the painting device’s interior, saving time in cleaning the machine before loading the next batch.

The painting robot is designed to work in a pass-through system and is equipped with a system, which makes it possible to recover excess paint deposited on the conveyor belts during painting.
A painting line may consist of a painting robot, a painting machine, a dryer, conveyors and additional equipment.
