The UNI-CLEVER L/C finishing robot for coffins is a continuous painting device with a longitudinal loading direction for coffins. Its structure includes main, loading and unloading conveyors, all based on a chain mechanism designed specifically for transporting coffins.
In addition, the finishing robot is equipped with a hydraulic scissor lift that allows painting coffins at their entire height, and thanks to the additional use of the coffin positioning system, it is possible to precisely and precisely place the coffin on the loading conveyor.

What’s unique in the UNI-CLEVER L/C painting robot is the longitudinal direction of loading of coffins. This solution allows to combine a finishing robot with a dryer to create a painting line.
Thanks to the continuous construction of the painting robot, it can be configured with other UNISON devices to create a painting line.
The use of a positioner during the finishing process allows to place the coffin in a convenient position and prepare it for the varnishing process.
Thanks to the use of a lift, it is possible to varnish the coffin along its entire height, which significantly shortens the varnishing time and improves the finishing process.

The painting robot is equipped with a table with a turntable, which makes it possible to unload a painted coffin and load an unvarnished one, while simultaneously painting the coffin located in the painting zone.
The painting robot is designed for continuous operation with a transverse loading direction for coffins. It is equipped with chain conveyors adapted to transport coffins. Thanks to the use of a hydraulic lift, it is possible to paint coffins over their entire height.
The coffin painting line consists of a painting robot, a dryer, conveyors, and additional elements (e.g. a grinder).
