- The painting machine is designed for throughput operations;
- It includes chain main, loading and unloading conveyors;
- These are conveyors adapted for fastening lacquered elements on intermediate transport elements (so-called trays), which determine their position and place and prevent them from moving during lacquering and sliding operations;
- Position of so-called trays on the loading conveyor to optimise the work of the paint machine is automatically recognised.

- Clocked, continuous, or follow-up modes are available;
- Arrangement of optimal amount of details on so-called trays depending on their size and shape may be carried out;
- Edges or sides of the elements may be painted once or several times; surfaces may be cross-varnished to obtain the best results;
- Previously defined varnishing programmes may be saved and then selected;
- Enlarged-surface extraction filters are located on both sides of the main conveyor and directly under the painting zone;
- A drawer system is applied for the purpose of quick and easy dimensioning of the extraction filters;
- Preferred number of operators shall be 2 persons (operator and assistant).
- Replaceable holder is provided for fixing a second set of paint spray guns;
- System of interchangeable low-pressure tanks is installed near the spray guns;
- Automatic paint spray gun cleaning system is applied;
- Painting equipment (e.g. automatic paint guns, low and high pressure pumps, pressure tanks, etc.) is also applied.
- The control panel is installed on the left or right side of the loading zone on the paint machine;
- Number of paint circuits for painting short and long batches or various varnish materials are configurable;
- It may be installed in the existing painting booth;
- The exhaust fan may be located in various positions depending on the amount of space available to the painting machine;
- It can be installed in line with the tray dryer or a drying tunnel.
